Bruze D’Angelo

Bruze D’Angelo (formerly known as DJ Bruze) began making music at the tender age of 16. Playing the drums in various bands led to dj-ing and producing electronic dance music. He was inspired by listening to “Ben Liebrand’s Grandmixes” which was on the dutch radio from 1983 till 1989, filled with dance classics from that period.

This all led him to join the annual Dutch DJ Mixing Championships which was organized by Holland’s leading Dance/DJ magazine in that time : “Update Magazine”. With a barrel-full of drive, enthusiasm and determination, Bruze made it to the finals and became the winner of 1994. After this important victory Bruze was asked by Pioneer to promote and demonstrate the very first CDJ player at various events and many clubs throughout Holland and Germany.

Today, his passion for DJ’ing led him to start producing housemusic himself…
Bruze is committed to the house-scene offering a versatile of pounding productions. His first record “Kriba” was signed by the big record label NEWS and the track also featured on the popular DJ Jean @ Work CD. After this succes he was asked to remix the huge clubhit “Bucovina” by Ian Oliver feat. Shantel. His remix became a massive succes and was played all over the world !

Joining forces with Jeremy Juno was an important step in his production career. Jeremy’s background as a jazz-piano player, lifted their productions to a higher level. Within a few months they launched their first EP “El Sol Alumbra” which was picked up by the dutch record label Masal Recordings (formerly known as Azucar). All tracks were supported by the big boys in the bizz : Jeroenski, Hardsoul, Copyright (UK), Dennis Ferrer (US), Gregor Salto and many more ! “Bailar” featured on Germany’s popular dance compilation : Sunshine Live “House Edition vol. 7” and featured in DJ Jeroenski’s Exclusive DJ Mix for SSRadio and Traxsource.com.

Today, in collaboration with several artists, Bruze has a massive amount of tracks ready to be unleashed !
