Miss Dee

Miss Dee is one of the few female MC’s to stand up and be counted in the Netherlands. A born performer, over the past three years Miss Dee has developed into a fully fledged female MC, moving through from talent shows to working with well-known Dutch Hip Hop artists such as Ali B, Nicotine and Gotcha!.
Aside from appearing as a guest with various artists like Ali B , Sway, Dizee rascal , Dee’s inspirational lyrics and clear voice have seen her take her impassioned performances to the stages of established venues, such as the Melkweg and the Paradiso in Amsterdam, and to festivals such as Kwakoe (a Surinam Festival in Amsterdam) and the Dunya.

Miss Dee also appeared in several Radioshows (KINK FM /FunX) and TV Shows (TV Rijnmond, The Box and NOVA TV). Only twenty years old, Miss Dee is already confident enough in her skills to deliver her raps in Dutch, English and German. With the hype around this female lyricist looking set to reach breaking point soon, she is busy in the studio preparing to launch her own repertoire by the end of 2005.

Her new single “OP EIGEN KRACHT” will be out on the 15th of may.
