Some two years ago Mark Hoogkamer a.k.a. Spiral Motion from Rotterdam (The Netherlands) admired all the artists played
by the key DJs. Now, in 2006, his own tracks are being played by Armin, Above & Beyond, Johan Gielen, Jon O’Bir, John Askew, Dave
Pearce and Graham Gold to mention a few!
Alliance ‘Distant Planet’ – a collaboration with upcoming talent Kamil Polner – was a big summer success, and new tracks and remixes
will be released in the next few months. With as many guises as t-shirts, Mark’s consistency lies in the quality of his productions
and the ‘Italo-style’ melodies in each of them. Watch out for euphoric trance (Alliance/Sequentia/Spiral Motion) as well as some
progressive and house (Mark Chambers) to be released on labels throughout the world this year.
